You must enable the default articles and FAQ's from your website admin.

Check the box(es) under Display Default F.A.Qs? or Display Default Articles?.

1. Click on the Website Settings icon.
2. Check the box(es) under Display Default F.A.Qs? or Display Default Articles?.
3. Click Save Changes.

You can also disable or hide default articles and FAQ'sfrom your site by unchecking the boxes in the website settings.
