The Primary Service Area specified in your My Profile section is only used to specify defaults for a few areas in your website, such as Local Area Links, news and some other items. You can only specify 1 city as a Primary Service Area.

This does not limit you in any way in regards to your marketing, search engine rankings or anything else.
