How to update the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers in your Android Phone

By default, the GMAIL app configures security for your email connection. You can confirm or change these settings within the app.

  1. Load your email.

  2. On the top left, click the three horizontal lines next to INBOX.

  3. Scroll down and click the Settings link.

  4. Scroll down and you'll see 'Incoming' and 'Outgoing' settings. Click either to view. Incoming for IMAP
