How to update the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and select File.

  2. Use the dropdown under Account Information to select the account you want to change.

  3. Select Account Settings.

    You have multiple types of account settings you can change in Outlook.

  4. Select the Server Settings.

    Select Server Settings to change your user name, password, and server settings.

  5. Select either Incoming mail and put the following:

    If the account is set to POP3, change it to: pop.fusemail.net port 995 with SSL/TLS

    If the account is set to IMAP, change it to: imap.fusemail.net port 993 with SSL/TLS

  6. For the Outgoing mail, change it to: smtp.fusemail.net port 587 with TLS or port 465 with SSL

  7. When you're done updating your settings, select Next > Done.
