Most times we can not search on non-standard data, as all search criteria must have data field to query. If you have a hunch the data field might exist in the IDX data we receive, try sending in a support request for your desired search functionality.

In addition, not all search fields may be available depending on the market, demand and profitability. Adding certain features can be expensive in development and do not justify the costs, if there is little demand.

We can then check to see if the data supports the request, and if the MLS regulations allow us to perform such a search.
