Some users may continue to get notifications that they are running out of storage, even after deleting mail, or cleaning up their mailbox. In some cases, this simply requires that you "Compact" your e-mail folders.

To do this, for example, with the Inbox, from Webmail, right click on your Inbox, then click Compact. This should immediately update the space available.
