Setting up Hot Sheets - iHomeFinder

Step 0

 login to the IDX Administration panel.
​

​ Step 1.
​ 
 Once logged in select the Tab which reads Listings (screen shot below)

​ Step 2.

 Select the last option on the left hand navigation menu which reads Saved Searches (Screen shot Below)

​ Step 3.
​ 
 Select Add a Saved search page, this will allow you to create a new Hot Sheet. If you have any setup already this is where they will be displaying. (Screen shot Below)

​ Step 4.
​ 
 Fill out the Required information, Title and Search parameters. Note these can be modified later if necessary. (Screen shot Below) then Save the hot sheet.

​ Step 5.

 Verify that the Hot sheet was saved (Screen shot Below)

​ Step 6.
​ 
 Click the Show Link and this will allow you to view the results and Save the link, by copy pasting it.(Screen shot Below)

 You may use this link in your website to reference to this results page.
