To setup shipping for your store, you must determine how you will want to charge shipping. Will it be a flat fee? calculated by dollar amount? will there be a discount if somone orders multiple items? will it be calculated automatically by weight?
Depending on the types of items you sell, you can determine which type of shipping works best for you. For most simple store setups, a shipping cost added to a specific product is common, or a flat fee shipping option.
This section explains how to configure shipping for your store:
From your website control panel, click on Online Store.
Click on the Shipping icon.
Click on Shipping Settings.
Next, you need to setup Shipping Methods, based on the type of shipping you will be using.
Per Item Shipping
This method requires you to set a flat shipping rate to each product you add to the store.Price Range
This method requires you to configure a shipping cost to be based on the total check out price, using a price range.Automatic Shipping by Weight
This method requires you to provide a weight for each product you add to the store. You may also need to obtain an account with the shipper for access to their API.
