You can create custom links to filter listings or to show only certain property types on your website. This is done utilizing your featured listings page.
Note: Some property types already have a default page already created and available for use, such as Rentals, Lot/Land, Sold/Pending and New Construction.
This is a link to your featured listings page:
http://demo.linkurealty.com/default.asp?f=listings
To filter by property type, add the following to your URL:
&propertytypeid=XX
So your link will look like the following example, which displays only land/lot property types:
http://demo.linkurealty.com/default.asp?f=listings&propertytypeid=5
Replace XX with the number ID, using the references below:
1 - Single Family (Detached)
2 - Condo/Townhouse/Co-op
3 - Multi-family
4 - Mfd/Mobile
5 - Land/Lot

10 - Single Family (Attached)
