You can create links for your featured listings page and other similar pages on your website, such as Sold Listings, Open Houses, e.t.c. to filter listings which contain certain property features, such as pool, ocean view, waterfront, etc.

There are two things you will need to determine before creating the filter link. First you need to obtain the property ID for the feature you would like to filter.

To do this, when editing your property, you must first enable the features for the property that apply. Once you have done so, when you click to edit the property features, the feature ID will appear next to the property feature.

In the example below we are using Senior Community, which has a feature ID of 38.

The next thing you need to do is determine do you want to filter multiple feature IDs or just a single one.

To do this, create a link in the following format (if linking from within your website):
/default.asp?f=listings&dosearch=1&featureid=38

This would display listings that has the Senior Community feature enabled.

If you would like to filter for multiple features, where the property must contain all the feature IDs specified, you would use the following link format:

/default.asp?f=listings&dosearch=1&featureid=23,24

This would display listings that had a pool AND spa

If you would like to display listings that contain ANY of the matching features, use the following link:

/default.asp?f=listings&dosearch=1&featureid2=23,45,32

This would display listings that had a pool, spa OR community pool.

Note: The ID numbers used above are just examples and may represent different features than the explanation provides.
