When using Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8, or have upgraded to Internet Explorer 10 on any other Windows operating system, some users may have trouble replying to e-mail or working in drafts because no cursor appears.
This is due to a compatibility issue with IE 10. It is easily fixed by using the Compatibility Mode icon in the URL bar of Internet Explorer.
When compatibility mode is enabled, you should be able to edit and reply to e-mails as needed.
You can also use WebMail in another browser, such as Firefox, where the issue does not exist.
