You can create custom links to filter listings or to show only certain property sale types on your website. This is done utilizing your featured listings page.
Note: Some property types already have a default page already created and available for use, such as Rentals, Lot/Land, Investment, Sold/Pending and New Construction, etc.
This is a link to your featured listings page:

To filter by property type, add the following to your URL:
&dosearch=1&propertysaletype=XXXXXXX
Replace XXXXXXX with the text, using one of the values below:
Resale
New
Foreclosure
Short Sale
REO
As-Is
So your link will look like the following example, which displays only land/lot property types:
