FS Listings and listings added via the control panel are completely separate. If you have listings you would like to add to your FS website, they must be added as if you were a customer.

The best way to do this, would be to create a custom internal package for you to use to add your listings. These steps will show you add a custom package so you can add your listings.

  1. Log in to your control panel.

  2. Click on FS Control Panel.

  3. Click on FS Settings.

  4. Click on Additional Settings.

  5. Go to the section Account Type Settings and enable the setting 'Real Estate Agent/Investor - Multi-Listing Account'.

  6. Make sure this setting is ON.

  7. Go to the bottom and click to Save Changes.

  8. Click on Return to FSBO Menu.

  9. Click on Items & Packages.

  10. Click on Add Agent/Multi Listing Package.

  11. Enter Package Name 'Internal Listings Package'.

  12. Enter a Package Price of 0.

  13. Enter a description: 'This package is used for internal listings only.'

  14. Set Renewal Only to NO.

  15. Set Time Period to Unlimited.

  16. Enter 9999 for # of Listings Included.

  17. Enter 100 for Maximum Photos.

  18. Click to Add Package.

Now you are going to have to add an account for you to use when adding listings. If you want to create multiple accounts for other agents to add listings to your FS database, you can add accounts for them too.

  1. Click to Return to the FS Control Panel.

  2. Click View Accounts icon.

  3. Click Create Account.

  4. Select the Account Type: Agent/Multi-Listing

  5. Enter your contact details and information.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Select your Internal Listings Package.

  8. Click Next.

Once your finished adding your internal account or accounts, you need to turn off the Internal Listings package so the public doesn't use it.

  1. Click to Return to the FS Control Panel.

  2. Click on Items & Packages.

  3. Click View Listing Packages.

  4. Click on the Internal Listings Package you created.

  5. Go to the Active setting, and set it to NO.

  6. Click to Save Changes.

If you are not using Multi-Listing packages for your customers, then you will want to turn off the Multi-Listing Account setting.

  1. Click to return to the FS Control Panel.

  2. Click on FS Settings.

  3. Click on Additional Settings.

  4. Go to the section Account Type Settings and enable the setting 'Real Estate Agent/Investor - Multi-Listing Account'.

  5. Make sure this setting is OFF.

  6. Go to the bottom and click to Save Changes.
