I’m happy to have you aboard and I want to show you how you can start getting value from our platform as quickly as possible.
I urge you to watch this really quick video, so I can show you around really quick and give you a little direction on how to get started using the platform.
The first step to using our system is adding or uploading your contacts to the system. So you’ll want to click to Manage Contacts.
If you have taken advantage of our Contact List Cleaning & Formatting service and sent us your contact list files, then we’ll be taking care of preparing and uploading your contacts for you and we’ll notify you once they are available for you.
Until then you’ll want to wait on uploading any contacts to avoid overlap, but feel free to add any new contacts manually.
Otherwise if you’ll be uploading your contacts yourself, you can simply do so by clicking the Import Contacts button. You’ll find a separate tutorial on that page if you need additional help with that.
One of the best parts about the LinkU platform, is that anytime you add contacts to the system they will be automatically be synced over to your Facebook audiences, so they see your retargeting ads.
You’ll want to make sure to add any new prospects you meet into the CRM. If you are using an 3rd party CRM, then make sure you get it integrated with our system, so they can work together in doing this.

Once your contacts are in the system, we recommend spending a little time organizing them a little, by using categories, tags, statuses, etc. This makes it easier for you later when you want to add certain contacts to a specific follow up campaign.
As you navigate the system you’ll see other videos like this one, where I’ll provide you additional tips and strategies to help you use our system most effectively, and I really encourage you to watch the training that covers all of it in more depth.
