Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Webmail account by requiring a temporary code from an authenticator app when you sign in.
Video Walkthrough
Before you begin
Install an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy.
Set up 2FA
Sign in to Webmail at wm.mailanyone.net. After signing in, open the Settings tab.
Select the Fill all fields checkbox. This fills in the required account details and enables QR-code generation.
If your browser asks to autofill your information, confirm the details or enter them manually.
Click Show QR code.
Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code. The app will generate a six-digit verification code.
Enter that code in the Check code field, then click Confirm.
After the code is accepted, click Save. You should see the confirmation message: 2-factor authentication settings saved successfully.
Important: Keep access to your authenticator app. If you replace or lose your phone, contact support for help resetting 2FA.
