The restoration of the database server was completed around 11am PST, but ultimately failed, and since then, we've been working to try and restore it. It seems possible, but it could take several hours and still would provide no guarantee that it would work. We made the difficult decision to restore data from our latest emergency valid backup from 3/30/2025.

This would allow us to restore our website services and continue to work on the database server to retrieve data and potentially restore it at a later time.

Any changes made after 3/30/2025 at 12:04 AM PST to your website, or data saved to LinkU 1.0, LinkU 2.0, or FS Websites will need to be made again. Listings, orders, customers, etc will need to be manually added. We recommend you refer to the email confirmation records sent for reference, for any leads, or new contacts, orders, etc.

We will continue to work throughout the evening to get everything back up and running, and deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your business.

We are still awaiting the restoration of data, and expect it to take at least another 2-3 hours to determine if it was successful. If so, then it we'll be able to restore services shortly after.

Last night on March 31st, a network outage began at approx. 7pm PST / 10pm EST.

We were notified we needed to get our equipment out and relocated to another data center immediately due to the data center having to shut down, and so we started an emergency process of moving our servers and equipment to another data center in Los Angeles, CA.

This caused all services, including website, DNS, and some email services to go down during that time.

We were anticipating having services fully restored by 12am PST, however our database server experienced a hard drive failure when attempting bring it back up online in the new location.

We are awaiting the restoration of our server data, but due to the size it will take several hours to complete. As a result websites will remain unavailable until this process is completed, assuming it goes smoothly.

During this time, all website services, LinkU 1.0, and LinkU 2.0 services will be unavailable, and we don't have an exact time frame, but expect to have services restored sometime after 12pm PST, Tuesday, April 1st.

We will continue to work throughout the evening and morning to restore services, and deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your business.
