IDX is a feature that allows users to search properties on your website, display office and agent listing to a website or import listings and photos into your website.
For over a decade, we have proudly partnered with iHomefinder to provide the most cost-effective IDX solutions for our clients. However, iHomefinder has recently shifted its business strategy and focus.
Starting February 1st, 2025, they will offer only one plan moving forward, **iHomefinder Max**, priced at $150 per month. All other plans will be discontinued.
While the iHomefinder Max plan includes advanced features and enhanced IDX integration, we understand that this change may represent a significant and unexpected cost increase for many brokers, teams and agents.
To help you avoid this price increase, we will proactively remove IDX services from your account before the deadline if we do not get a response on how you want to proceed.
Given the widespread use of platforms like Zillow and Realtor.com, many consumers now prefer these sites for property searches.
Unless you are actively promoting your website’s search functionality, maintaining IDX services might not be essential, however if you'd like to keep IDX services, we've arranged for an alternative provider with similar features for a lower cost.
This switch over will not be automatic, and your IDX features will be remove if no response is received.
If you wish to continue offering IDX on your LinkURealty website, you have three options:

Switch to our other IDX partner, IDX Broker, starting at $55/month (you get the Platinum upgrade free), please a one-time paperwork processing fee of $45 in addition to pass-through fees if applicable).

Switch your IDX to another vendor or link to another website, such as links provided by your MLS board or broker.
Moving forward, you will now be billed separately for your LinkURealty website and IDX services, be aware how this will reflect on your billing statement.
Your rebill for LinkURealty will be adjusted according to the changes and credits will be applied to account if applicable.
